Well......last weekend we went to STL with some friends of ours. We went to the
MU-IL football game - it was the season opener. We had so much fun last year and just happened to run into Ed & Kym, that we made arrangements this year to go together as well as Danny & Diane!! We stayed at the Renaissance out by the airport (where Am & I stay all the time). Last year, the team stayed there - they did this year as well :) They didn't have our rooms ready so that hacked us all off. SO we had to dink around in the lobby until almost 3:30....grrrrr. Checked in and waited on the shuttle to go to the airport to catch the Metro link to down town and then the party began. Well..I mean, the beers you see at the lobby hotel are the same ones that we had downtown...yep!!! :) hehe We had a great time! Mizzou won (of course) so we (Mizzou) is on the right track thus far!!
