Today, I got the phonecall I was waiting for - for starters. I have been selected for a 2nd interview at Blessing. It is tomorrow at 9:00 yaaay. I'm trying not to get too over anxious, however it may be a little too late for that. That is what always gets me in trouble - that over anxiousness. Anyhow....it's good news I think.
I'll keep ya posted on any changes! :)

Wow....where have I been
I've been right here!!!!
Work still stinks.......and majorly. Am is officially on a lay off status - and that was effective on 2/9/09 with a total of around 5o folks. We (the company) is terminating their (the lay off folks) insurance effective 3/1.........needless to say a very unfortunate thing. From the company's stand point I can see it...but from the human point - it's pretty raw. At least I can pick him up on mine!!! 4 other people can carry their spouse on their insurance. It stinks. BUT I am 1/4 maintaining. Losing my mind most of the time. Can't say that Mitch has been much help but then once in a while he is. He won't be back to Missouri until March 9th -- yiipppeeeeee
I am only working 4 days a week and will be out of vacation next week. On a flip side...........I have been hired by Hannibal Regional Hospital on a PRN (as needed) basis. It is in the new Hannibal Regional Medical Group. The plan is I will work one day a week down there - they are going to "work with" my Intermet schedule so that is cool. I will probably be cut back to only 3 days at week at IMT and the lady thought they may be able to work me 2 days a week so cool beans! I won't start until after orientation which is for 2 whole days on March 9 and 10. SO we'll see what happens. And then today....................................today I had a job interview at Blessing Hospital in Quincy. It's in the personnel/HR department (one of the three) and it went very very very well :) I'm actually more excited about the Qcy prospect than my foot officially in at HRH!!!! I just wish Am would get a call for an interview somewhere :( He's getting bored I think....ok not bored - as he piddles around outside whether it's nice or not. At least his unemployment is coming in.
I'm so sick of this stupid weather. Cold, warm, colder, warm, windy, wet...BLAHHHH And to think that March is probably another month of it. Ahhh gotta love the winter dull-drums in the mid-west, huh!!!
Well....on that note.......have a good weekend and a good last week of the month of February!!!!!!
